I understand how challenging it can be to ask for help. That’s why it’s important to work with someone that you can trust, who understand and treats you as an individual, not a label. That’s why if we worked together, your treatment plan would be tailored to your specific individual needs and goals. And conducted in a safe and comfortable environment, where you feel free to explore anything without fear of judgment or embarrassment. I am fun, practical, and down to earth – and that’s exactly how you can expect sessions with me to be.

 

Using a transformational approach, Cognitive Hypnotherapy – which utilises EFT, EMI, Gestalt, Positive Psychology, Coaching and more – we can bring about meaningful changes in your life. This approach is a very gentle form of therapy that offers practical techniques to live your life everyday, while also helping you let go of any limiting beliefs (unconscious programming) that hold you back. We don’t spend hours going over and over problems. Instead, we focus on the underlying issues and work on practical steps you can take to help you to live a happier and more purposeful life.
