All of us get stuck sometimes – in life, in relationships, at work. Life coaching is meant to help you ‘unstick’ yourself. Where life coaching differs from therapy, is that life coaches usually start from wherever you are currently as ground zero.
But what if you’re ‘stuck’ because of limiting beliefs or recurring behaviours you can’t seem to shake? What if the reason you seem to stay ‘stuck’ is that you’re effectively sabotaging yourself — through lack of motivation or anxiety?

As a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach, I offer a powerful form of coaching that combines orthodox life coaching techniques with elements of Cognitive Hypnotherapy — an evidence-based talking therapy designed to help people let go of the unhealthy patterns of behaviour and limiting beliefs.
Once you’re no longer an obstacle to achieving your goals, we can then focus on helping you tap into your ‘flow state’ – something I’m sure you’ve experienced before, even if you didn’t realise it then. In a flow state – time seems to stand still, tasks seem effortless, and life just feels ‘right’. These instances or not supernatural. And with the right coaching, you can not only find your flow state – you can learn to channel it to help you achieve your goals. You have the power to ‘unstick’ yourself. You just don’t know how yet. That’s what we’re going to fix.

In our first session, we will explore what brings you here, how your problem affects your everyday life, and talk about what outcomes or goals you want to achieve from our work together.
Your coaching plan will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our sessions will guide you to begin to think differently, and behave differently, and ultimately, feel differently.
I’ll provide resources to help continue your development in-between sessions. Clients who are actively involved with their coaching are much more likely to achieve their goals.
