Somatic awareness is our compass. We listen for the places protection lives—jaw, chest, gut, shoulders—and include them kindly in the conversation. The aim is not to force release; it is to help your system recognise safety and choose a different pattern. When you feel ready, we bring in bilateral stimulation to process the stuck moments and the beliefs born in them. We go in small rounds, with frequent pauses and space to come back to the present.


Holistic also means practical. Insight is fragile without scaffolding, so we design tiny supports you can keep: wind‑down cues that signal the day is done, kinder self‑talk that actually lands, boundary sentences you can say, two minutes of movement that wake up your breath. These aren’t homework sheets; they are ways to protect the progress you notice.
